Anyone — player or not — can tell us about content in Take Over that they consider illegal or in breach of our Terms of Service. This includes display names, profile pictures, titles and descriptions of planned matches, and behaviour towards other players during a match.

Jede Person — ob Spielerin oder Spieler oder nicht — kann uns auf Inhalte in Take Over hinweisen, die sie für rechtswidrig oder für einen Verstoß gegen unsere Nutzungsbedingungen hält. Dazu zählen Anzeigenamen, Profilbilder, Titel und Beschreibungen geplanter Matches sowie das Verhalten gegenüber anderen Spielern während eines Matches.

In the app (fastest)

Open the player's profile in the social hub, or use the Report button in the right-hand column during a match, and pick a reason. During a match the report automatically carries the match it happened in, which helps us a great deal. You can also block a player there: you and that player then no longer see each other's name or picture and no longer hear each other in voice chat.

Öffnen Sie das Profil des Spielers im Social-Bereich oder nutzen Sie während eines Matches die Schaltfläche Melden in der rechten Spalte und wählen Sie einen Grund. Während eines Matches wird das betreffende Match automatisch mitgeschickt, was uns sehr hilft. Dort können Sie einen Spieler auch blockieren: Sie und dieser Spieler sehen dann gegenseitig weder Namen noch Bild und hören sich im Sprachchat nicht mehr.

The more precise the notice, the faster we can act. Please tell us:

1. What and where. The player's display name and tag, the exact text or picture concerned, and — if it happened in a match — roughly when and in which match.
2. Why. An explanation of why you consider the content illegal or against our rules.
3. Who you are. Your name and an email address, so that we can confirm receipt and tell you what we decided. You may leave these out when the notice concerns child sexual abuse material.
4. A confirmation that you believe, in good faith, that the information in your notice is accurate and complete.

Please do not include other people's personal data beyond what is needed to identify the content.

Je genauer die Meldung, desto schneller können wir handeln. Bitte teilen Sie uns mit:

1. Was und wo. Anzeigename und Tag des Spielers, den genauen Text oder das Bild und — falls es in einem Match passiert ist — ungefähr wann und in welchem Match.
2. Warum. Eine Begründung, weshalb Sie den Inhalt für rechtswidrig oder regelwidrig halten.
3. Wer Sie sind. Ihr Name und eine E-Mail-Adresse, damit wir den Eingang bestätigen und Ihnen unsere Entscheidung mitteilen können. Bei Meldungen zu Darstellungen sexuellen Kindesmissbrauchs können Sie diese Angaben weglassen.
4. Eine Bestätigung, dass Sie nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen davon ausgehen, dass Ihre Angaben richtig und vollständig sind.

Bitte geben Sie keine personenbezogenen Daten Dritter an, die über das zur Identifizierung des Inhalts Erforderliche hinausgehen.

• If you gave us contact details, we confirm receipt of your notice without undue delay.
• A person reviews it — we do not use automated decision-making for this, and no automated tool decides whether an account is restricted. A word filter does block a small list of slurs from being saved as a display name or match title in the first place, but that only rejects the text at that moment; it never restricts an account.
• We then tell you what we decided, again without undue delay, and how you can challenge that decision.
• Possible measures: we ask for a name or picture to be changed, remove the content, issue a warning, or suspend the account temporarily or permanently. If we restrict an account, the person affected is told the reason and how to appeal.
• Notices are handled in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective way. Reports about other players are deleted 12 months after we received them, once they have been dealt with (see our privacy policy, section 3.9).

• Wenn Sie uns Kontaktdaten genannt haben, bestätigen wir den Eingang Ihrer Meldung unverzüglich.
• Ein Mensch prüft sie — wir setzen dafür keine automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung ein, und kein automatisiertes Werkzeug entscheidet über die Einschränkung eines Kontos. Ein Wortfilter verhindert zwar, dass eine kleine Liste von Beleidigungen überhaupt als Anzeigename oder Matchtitel gespeichert wird, dieser lehnt aber nur den Text im Moment der Eingabe ab und schränkt niemals ein Konto ein.
• Anschließend teilen wir Ihnen unsere Entscheidung mit, ebenfalls unverzüglich, sowie die Möglichkeiten, gegen diese Entscheidung vorzugehen.
• Mögliche Maßnahmen: Wir fordern zur Änderung eines Namens oder Bildes auf, entfernen den Inhalt, sprechen eine Verwarnung aus oder sperren das Konto vorübergehend oder dauerhaft. Wird ein Konto eingeschränkt, erfährt die betroffene Person den Grund und den Weg zum Widerspruch.
• Meldungen werden zeitnah, sorgfältig, frei von Willkür und objektiv bearbeitet. Meldungen über andere Spieler werden 12 Monate nach Eingang gelöscht, sobald sie bearbeitet wurden (siehe Datenschutzerklärung, Abschnitt 3.9).

Whether you reported something or were affected by a measure, you can:

• Write to us at info@creactstudios.de and explain why you think the decision is wrong. We will look at it again.
• Complain to the supervisory authority. The Digital Services Coordinator for Germany is the Bundesnetzagentur, bundesnetzagentur.de.
• Go to court. Your right to judicial redress is unaffected by anything on this page.

We are a small enterprise within the meaning of Art. 19 DSA. We therefore do not operate an internal complaint-handling system under Art. 20 DSA and do not take part in out-of-court dispute settlement under Art. 21 DSA. The routes above remain open to you in full.

• Den Rechtsweg beschreiten. Ihr Recht auf gerichtlichen Rechtsschutz bleibt von dieser Seite unberührt.

Wir sind ein Kleinunternehmen im Sinne des Art. 19 DSA. Wir betreiben daher kein internes Beschwerdemanagementsystem nach Art. 20 DSA und nehmen nicht an außergerichtlicher Streitbeilegung nach Art. 21 DSA teil. Die oben genannten Wege stehen Ihnen uneingeschränkt offen.

If a notice gives rise to a suspicion that a criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of a person has taken place, is taking place or is likely to take place, we inform the law enforcement authorities (Art. 18 DSA). Call the emergency services first — they are faster than we are.

Ergibt sich aus einer Meldung der Verdacht, dass eine Straftat begangen wurde, wird oder werden dürfte, die eine Gefahr für das Leben oder die Sicherheit einer Person darstellt, informieren wir die Strafverfolgungsbehörden (Art. 18 DSA). Rufen Sie zuerst den Notruf — er ist schneller als wir.
